Consultant/Senior Consultant/Team Leader (High-tech/Healthcare /Manufacturing/Consumer Goods, FMCG)

Responsibilities:

• Identifying, developing and managing client business relationships.
• Assess and respond to the needs of each client or assignment and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage the recruitment process from interviews to offer management and beyond. That includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients.
• Build mutual benefiting relationships with clients and candidates and work as part of a passionate team to achieve commercial performance.
• Working to improve recruitment efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor above degree with strong interpersonal skills and good verbal English.
• 3yrs above recruitment or sales experience in high-tech or healthcare area.
• Multi-tasking and independently motivated.
• Good team player.
• Passionate individuals that are open to challenges.
